Materials

1. Milk (Whole milk works best)
2. Liquid food coloring
3. Dish Soap (Dawn works best)
4. Q-tip
5. Bowl

Procedure

First get your free download!

Pour the milk into a bowl. Get the liquid food coloring and drop colors in all different parts of the milk (do not mix into the milk, let the drops stay at the surface). Next, cover your q-tip with dish soap and touch it to the food coloring drops in the milk. Watch what happens! Record what happened on your free Magic Milk worksheet.

Be sure to remind your preschooler that magic and milk start with M!
